Honestly it's pretty average but they're the only tea place this near the schools. Used to be an internet cafe.

Nice place, drinks are cheaper than TeaFM. Restrooms are readily available. Egg waffles are a classic.

Pretty relaxing here. The eggettes are pretty tasty but the boba is ehh.

Eggettes freshly made to order come in three flavors. A bit pricey @$3.75. Other snacks and boba/teas also offered. Small seating area. Mainly to go.

The egg puffs are warm and crispy, just the way I like them. I also like their curry fish balls and sometimes the rice rolls. Overall the food here is good and better than other similar places. I haven't had many drinks here but they are decent if you're thirsty. Do call in for order if you already know what you want as this will speed up time to get your food when you arrive. It can get crowded and long wait times after school days.
