I have been in two car accidents and have had neck and spine issues ever since. I have gone to orthopedic specialists, chiropractors, Chinese medicine doctors, massage therapists, and physical therapists. I had never heard of rolfing or structural integration before. 我推薦/建議結構整合 structural integration.
After going to structural integration, I would highly recommend it to everyone. Steve has been in practice for over 22 years, and he definitely has healing hands and is very intuitive and skilled at knowing what your body is feeling and needs.
