My husband posted a review already but I couldn't help giving one myself. Our first experience was a couples massage and I had so much fun so I booked a facial appointment the day after and it was above and beyond our expectations. Would recommend it to all our friends in Seattle who plans on travel to San Diego.

My wife and I Had a couple massages for our 3rd Anniversary. The staff was welcoming and highly professional, we felt like we were floating on air after our massages. We liked the pace so much so my wife got back to get a facial appointment.

Spa Kingston is amazing! I live in Vegas but have been using their face reality products for over a year! Renee is so sweet and really worked with me to clear my acne up. I had tried everything from store bought products to prescriptions and all that did was dry out my face and I still had the acne! After working with Renee and using face reality products, my skin is clear and beautiful!
When I was visiting San Diego I visited the spa and had an amazing, relaxing massage! All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable! As soon as I walked in I instantly felt calm. I wish I lived closer and could go in regularly for massages and facials!
You won't regret going to Spa Kingston for any service you're interested in!

Got a groupon as a gift to get a massage at this spa and the customer service is TERRIBLE!! The receptionists are not courteous. Called there a few times, the first time I got Laura on the phone and I was on hold for a total of 15 minutes before I could reschedule my appointment. I forgot the time of my appointment on the day that I rescheduled it for and when I called to verify, I was told I wasn't even in the system and to call back the next day. I call back the next day, im put on hold twice for 10 minutes each and the closest appointment they have is 2 weeks out. Spa Kingston please hire individuals that are capable of doing there jobs. How many receptionists does it take to book a massage.

It was my first time and I loved it..... It was our 17 year anniversary and both of our first time getting a massage the experience was great.
