I have a shoulder injury from over use, and getting older... Anyway, after much trials, I finally REALLY rested it and it started to get a little better.... just in time to integrate some message. I chose to go to Jean because she knows what she is doing and will set up a schedule for you to focus on that area.... and it is easy to coordinate appointments. Jean has definitely helped my arm getter better faster at this point.... and it sure is nice experience in the meantime... Thanks Jean. If you have an injury, it would be worth making an appointment with Jean. For me, it is better than A.R.T.(active release therapy) where it hurts and is only 5 minutes of treatment.

very professional..i went there with my mom on mother's day! Jean is the best massage therapist ever.. she knew exactly what she was doing. my mom had a very good time also... nice place.very clean.. relaxing music.. worth for the money! will come back soon!

I was given a Groupon to this Spa for a couple's massage service. My fiance and I were so excited to use it, unfortunately we had to cancel the morning of the appointment and we only made the appointment 20 hours in advance. When I called to cancel the lady with a thick Asian accent yelled at me, and told me that I should have provided them my CC info so they can charge me for canceling it, and that she's going to punish the new girl that reserved my appt for not doing it right!
A couple of months pass and the Groupon is expired, but I can still redeem the paid price, so I make an appointment for a single massage to use up the value. After giving her my number, she says she remembers me canceling last time, and starts yelling at me that if I cancel again she will charge me $40 for cancelling the appointment months ago and redeem the Groupon voucher without providing service! 5 minutes later she calls me back, and states that she called Groupon and that she will give me a shorter massage. As in due to my prior cancellation I can't redeem the full service for the money I paid!!!
I'm going to call Groupon and get my money back because this kind of HORRIBLE customer service, and for a spa to yell at me over the phone!! I never even want to step foot in that place!! Absolutely outraged, and disgusted with them.
