Best breakfast on the island. Typically has less wait then the others and service is great! Love their specials.

It's their way or the highway. Absolutely no changes are allowed to the overpriced menu - don't even ask! Skip this place and saunter a couple blocks south and pay for exactly what YOU want to eat cooked exactly the way YOU want it - at half the price.

Their breakfast specials were creative and delicious. My wife had the Peaches Foster French Toast, which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I had the Corned Beef Hash Benedict. The food was great and the atmospher intimate and quiet. Eating outside is a must. The coffee is good too. And the service was friendly without being overly attentive or intrusive.

My wife, daughter and I arrived a little before opening and got in the line which was quickly growing. Another couple who arrived after us were greeted and given a table before we were even acknowledged.
Once we were sat, the tables (plural!) of what appeared to be "regulars" were greeted, received drinks and had their orders taken. Our drink order was taken and then we were ignored for over 20 minutes while other guests who arrived and sat after us were already enjoying their meals.
I don't know if it's because my wife and I had a toddler, if it's because we were the youngest couple there by far, or if this is just how this restaurant is now run; however, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I would go as far as to tell people who aren't "regulars" to avoid going.
I have dined here several times in the past 2 years of living on Coronado and have received similar treatment in the past, today just put the final nail in the coffin because of the complete lack of regard or remorse from the staff.
