Wish I would have seen the first one star review. I was sold the wrong insurance and asked that it be canceled 45 minutes later. My agent assured she would cancle it but that the refund would be mailed out in check form instead of back to my card. Two weeks later I recieved mail pertaining to the policy and decided to call progressive directly. Their rep informed me the policy had not been canceled, but helped me do so and explained the check would be mailed out shortly. The amount refunded is for $100 less than this agent charged my card the first time. I called the owner and she refused to make it right. Got me for $100.

I have been with Remco for 4 years now and it has proven to be the worse Auto Insurance experience. My policy is month to month so if you do not pay on the exact day each month your entire policy expires and you have to get a new policy. They are constantly changing my insurance provider so I never know which/what company is going to be sending me my insurance card. When I do need to contact the insurance agency I am told that I have never had a policy with them so I contact another agency that my Remco agent gave me and that company tells me I never had a policy through them. I have received my insurance card in the mail the past two months and paid but my Remco agent tells me that I do not have insurance and I am not covered. I am working on moving to different, well established, insurance company with a much lower monthly premium except now I need a letter of experience to prove I have had coverage the past 6 months. I am told they have to send the request to corporate which will take 4-6 weeks which means I cannot switch companies till then and must go through this BS of a company till then.
This company is unorganized, unprofessional, and does not know how to properly run a company.
Also if you pay your insurance company directly rather than to your Remco agent its about $20 cheaper each month, that is if the insurance company has a number or website you can pay through.
