Scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction for my daughter during thanksgiving break. Went to the office and was told that they were only doing a consultation for a future extraction. The dental assistant was the absolute rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered, until Dr. Ascher himself entered the room. They treated me like I was a moron and were very demeaning to the dentist that referred me. I will most definitely never return to this office and I have reported their lack of professionalism to the dentist and orthodontist that referred me. First impressions are everything and customer service is key.

Staff rude beyond reason, makes awful, snide suggestions of other oral surgeon when she knows there are no other surgeons in the area.

The dentist definitely seems to know his stuff but wasn't very communicative. To me this is a very important factor in a dentist. The office staff seemed polite to me.

The dental equipment is old and broken. When i have my teeth cleaned they never offer for you to rinse during the cleaning which my old hygienist did every few minutes. When they finally let you rinse at the end of the cleaning you are handed a tube with a funnel that is not secured to the tube and told to spit into it (evidently the rinse sink no longer works) . After a recent cleaning when the dentist came in to check my teeth he stood behind me, did not say one word to me and left is 30 seconds....I heard him say to the dental Hygienist "Hes Done". Very rude and very poor customer care or appreciation. Dont be late for an appointment here, you will be reprimanded in person and get a letter in the mail detailing office policy. I think i am VERY FAIR with my reviews and I am sorry for this office but the get a thumbs down. ADVISE: Upgrade your old and broken equipment and work on your costumer relation skills...

My experience with Dr. Ascher was awesome... I was dreading having three wisdom teeth cut out... But Dr. Ascher made my experience calming, painless, and quick!!! I will be sure to spread the word and send all my friends and family his way... Not to mention the girls in the office were so sweet and helpful before and after the procedure. Any questions I had they were there!!
