This is a KFC, so honestly as long as the food is edible, take it.
That being said, on a Monday afternoon it was busy and loud. Took forever to take our order as there was only 1 employee at the counter and handing out the packages.
The washrooms were okay.
But why the 1-Star? I'd give them 0-Star if I could.
Of the 10 pieces of chicken we got, 2 were over-cooked, 1 under-cooked, and 1 chicken had it's top skin with the batter peeled off by hand!!!!
Someone in the kitchen thought it'd be funny if they peeled off/ate the skin and put it back on the shelf!!!
What kind of dumpster is this???
Unfortunately by the time we realized this, we were on the I-90 already, and decided to pull over and throw away all of our lunch!

I ordered a 3-piece big box and they only gave me two pieces of chicken. Make sure you double check your drive-through orders before driving away!

We always enjoy KFC on Keyser Ave they had improved within the past few years at one point I would not eat there but now I will

The staff is friendly however the food is inconsistant. Last Friday I picked up two meals with extra crispy chicken (which of course they didn't have enough and we had to wait 10 min, also seems to be the norm.) Today my friend picked up a 30.00 extra crispy meal for our family. The chicken was literally soggy, it was so greasy the breading was sliding off. The biscuits were all hard. I couldn't even eat it. I tried to call and no one answered. Literally the specialty is chicken!! So disappointed again

It's the only KFC around yet they seem at times to mess up orders alot. Service can be very slow and food not always properly cooked. Yet still love me some KFC and will not give up on it. Hot wings are FANTASTIC here. (When their batch isn't bad and burnt) they are great.
