Would NOT recommend! Was ordering something to go and I have been told that my pizza will be ready in 20 min. I have been told to wait and someone will find me or call me. After an Hour! I went back to see if my order was ready. It was. No one even cared that my pizza was just sitting there for an hour.

Went for lunch on a gruday afternoon girl's day out. We knew to avoid the lunch rush hour, but showed up around 1pm. The place was practically empty, which I was shocked at for downtown. So I was not sure what to expect.
To my surprise, we received great customer service. And as for the other comments about the pizza. IT is truly chicago style pizza, so if you are used to other styles such as New York style you may not like it. Overall they serve a good pizza for the style (I personally don't prefer it), salads are wonderful and the pesto chicken sandwich and Greek fries are fantastic. They are a bit on the high priced side for their pizza. The rest is reasonable for the area and consistent for sac.

Great pizza (& salads). Great service. A little pricey for pizza but a very nice location and worth the splurge.

Always have a great time here. Delicious food and drinks, great service and ambience! Happy Hour is very reasonable too! I love getting 2.00 slices and a glass of Windy City Red!
