This place has HORRIBLE customer service. After many years of ordering from them 3 or 4 times a month and placing fairly large orders ($40 - $50 each time), they clearly think my patronage is a joke. This evening I ordered several items including 2 orders of Steak Quesadillas, one if which I asked for onions. I stressed when I ordered that 1 should have just meat and cheese and the person on the phone even confirmed that when he read back my order.
I was asked to give them 25 minutes and arrived 30 minutes later - then I was told they needed 10 more minutes. I waited for the additional time and even added an additional item because I had that extra time to look at the menu. As the food was being placed in the bags one of the guys said "one of these quesadillas has onions" and the other guy said "they both do." So they just put the food in bags.
I did not think they would have screwed up my order like this given what a great customer I have been so I just asked the guy if one of the quesadillas had onions - he said yes. Then as I am leaving the guy cooking appeared to be trying to hold in some laughter. I get home to find both had onions and the 2nd one was suppose to be eaten by someone who is allergic to onions. So after years of eating here and spending thousands of dollars, they screwed up the order, lied about doing it, and then thought it was a joke.
So if you want food that just OK and spending money with someone who has no respect for customers - then this might be your place. However, you can spend less money getting fast food, not have to wait as long, and get the same poor service and "I don't care" attitude from the staff. Why waste your money with Culver Hots!!

DO NOT GO HERE I asked for extra meat hot and the plate was filled with nasty bbq flavored meat hot completely over done like whoever cooked it was pissed they were even making it. And covered in tons of mustard which I didn’t even ask for. Then on top of it I called the kid gave me attitude and raised his voice on the phone told me he was the manager and hung up. Then told me to come in and get the cash because I did it on my card I send my boyfriend there and they tell him they can’t do cash and I have to call my card company. Horrible business.

Love the garbage plates. Fast service. One of my favorite places to go and way better than fast food joints. Have not been disappointed yet with these guys

I am part owner here and we have done our best to pick this place back up and we still have a lot of work to do. We love all of our customers and we look to grow with you. We have coupons you can get on the back of receipts from the family dollar on earring road. Also if you come in to culver hots and show us this review we will give you a discount on the spot.
