My review is for the Edible Atlas Dinner series only - haven't sampled the bake-shop proper:
Really special experience - you'll need reservations and expect a pricey meal but it's worth it for a special occasion.
Meal theme changes every 2 weeks (I believe) and meals are served off a fixed menu. It's kind of fun to not even worry about what you're getting and just enjoy the courses as they come. The food is excellently prepared, uses very interesting combinations, and is beautifully plated.
The room where dinner is served is quite small and Atlas is not open most nights (hence reservations).
The only downside in my opinion was that the bread was a little bit of a letdown to me considering it was home-made, maybe I'm just someone who prefers something a bit doughier than the proprietors ;)

The food is imaginative, tasty and cooked straight from the heart. They have fresh bread and the most delightful desserts for purchase. Vegetarian friends should not be turned off when they see the meat-rich menus. Atlas Eats will modify recipes so that anyone can enjoy.

The Best Kept Secret in Rochester! They have delicious and yet nutritious food, plated to perfection, a cozy atmosphere and excellent service. You do not want to miss the Atlas experience: breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. I would eat here every day!
