I AM a cosmetologist, so I know exactly and how and what to do. But this is SUPPOSE to be my relaxing treat to myself. I won't be there again. I have been going here every two weeks for 8 months. The first time I went I had one of the male technicians and he did an amazing job. Everytime after that I've had an issue. They burn/cut you a lot with the drills, they overcharge you whenever they want (the price of the same exact service fluctuated constantly), un-sanitized implements. This last time my fill was lifted up over my cuticals (very painful) and hardly sanded down. Huge edges or paper thin - never a middle ground. I'm done with them officially after this last time.

Spent $115 on gel nails and a pedi. My nails have paint lines on my toes and they missed spots. The nails broke off within a week and the gel chipped off. I get my nails done every two weeks for over 10 years and have never had this happen. I went here on a whim and will not be back.

Very disappointed. I used to come here all the time and enjoyed it. Then about 3 months ago, the service went completely downhill.
Within the past 3 times I have been here, they have cut me to the point of drawing blood on my toes and my fingers. Today, I went in to give the place one last try before ditching it, and this wad my worst experience yet. The manicurist noticed I was bleeding, and just wiped it off with the water that my feet were in. After she dropped probably a tablespoon of acetone in the water by accident. There is polish all over the sides of my toes too. During the manicure, the woman answered calls on her personal cell phone and wasn't paying attention to my nails at all. The filing is uneven and when I asked her to fix it, she did one and ignored my other nails. There is polish all over my fingers as well. Normally, I'm not a very picky person as long as the end product looks ok, but my overall experience here has been absolutely terrible. I will not be returning again.

I went to get nails cut down n fill in. They was very busy but the girl took me right away. Don't get me wrong, She was very nice but her work sucked. First, she was rushing!! Didnt shape my nails good at all!! Gel polish buckled afting curing. Chipped right off next day... Will not be going back waist of money!!!

I got gel nais done a week ago and they started to chip so I came back to them requesting that they fixed the nails that were messing up. They informed me it would be $25 to redo the gel nails. I stated I only wanted the nails that were chipping to be fixed. I end up paying $10 for them to remove the gel nails😡. Now my nails are scuffed up. The woman removed the color, had me wash my hands, then proceeded to the next customer. She completely disregarded my questions about the condition of my nails. I will never come here again!
