Great hotel and great day. The shops and restaurants are just blocks away which was very convenient. Very easy walk and if that's not enough there is also a restaurant/bar in the hotel lobby as well as Starbucks. The lapiz nice and spacious and the rooms were clean. Also need to reach 200 characters for my Google review to count for my badge. But everything I said was true about the place. :-)

Had a great time at this hotel! The beds were comfortable, the staff was professional and very welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room and bathroom. Requested extra pillows, but never rec'd them. Bathroom sink faucet flow was akin to a man with prostate issues/low flow. Building is aging, but close to the convention center and other venues. In house restaurant is okay if you just want bar food. Menu could use an update. Waited a long time for food at breakfast. Staff are friendly and work hard at being congenial. Had to pay for parking garage even when it was "included in package".

My room was right by elevator even though I asked for a room far away from the elevator. I could hear revelers late at night. Room service price was much higher than expected(had no idea the service fees would be almost 35-40%in addition of food price. The bathroom is pretty tight. Not sure who designed the faucet/sink placement - either the water kept spurting out it my hand would knock into the side of the sink. Toilet is also super close to the bathtub. Bed was comfortable though.

Great stay overall. Few things to note: parking isn't free. It's cheaper to pay to Park in the public lot across the street. The pool, while it looks large in photos, isn't. Don't plan on swimming laps in it, as at the shallow end, it's a foot and a half deep. The pool is great for small kids though. Staff is friendly, in-house restaurant was actually quite good. Beds are a bit dated; squeaky, not too comfortable spring mattresses. But staff is very polite and helpful. None of the noted things would keep me from staying there again, but good to know if you haven't been.
