Spent 6 minutes giving contact information. Then was hung up on. THEN the didn’t even knock when they came to my door..........the food was ok

Good was terrible this time. The vegetables was ok but the rest of food was awful.

I'm currently sick with tonsillitis and NEEDED some soup and spicy Chinese food. I've never ordered from here before but it was great! I worked in a popular Cantonese restaurant for a year up until recently and this food matches up in my opinion. Feelin better already.

Haven't eaten the moo shu yet [eyes were bigger than the stomach] but the ribs were ok. Rice was alright as well, just seemed slightly.. off... somehow. Can't place it.

Service though.. I work at a little bit of a confusing area so I made sure to explain it in the "special comments" but I also proceeded to immediately call the place up to ensure they would know how to get there. The man that answered constantly talked over me, would barely let me finish a sentence even after I kept trying to tell him "I literally just placed an order online so you might not see it yet". I told him about cross streets and how where I was was exactly between two points on a particular road [also in the comments]. After still talking over me the entire time, I figured he knew, so we hung up.

He ended up not only being late but calling me even after I was waiting outside, proceeded to complain he didn't know where I was. Couldn't answer "is that you down the street with your flashers/blinkers/car lights on?" [Asked multiple times with each of the options asked. STILL talked over me. Couldn't understand a simple "continue driving UP the street, I am waving at you" for a full minute [I looked at the call time after].

It was just ridiculous. Never ordering again.

The food is ok if you're just looking for something quick to eat. If you're looking for good customer service, you can cancel that. I'm not the type that really care about customer service that much but, when you make it obvious that you don't want to take orders and have no common courtesy what so ever-things like "what you want?" For customer service is horrible. I really hope that this isn't a family own business, if so, I REALLY hope they have other locations that does a better job and have been saving their money because just by reading the previous comments before mines...they aren't going to make it.
