They forgot 2 things from my order, it's tasty, but I feel rather cheated. Wish I had checked the order but the lady from the kitchen who prepared my order stapled the bag a bunch, and read off every item I ordered, as if the bag contained these things. Also not a huge deal but I asked for extra duck sauce and the woman sarcastically replied "how many is extra?" .... I didn't even know how to respond I stammered a bit and asked for "at least 6" she put 3 in the bag and no chopsticks or silverware ... Smh spending almost 30$ for an incomplete order and sarcasm means I won't be spending more money here, especially with so many other options in rva...

Would give 5 stars. But some dude who took my order told me goodnight when he got off the phone. I'm not going to bed, I'm trying to eat Chinese food.

Terrible food, 7pm on a Friday I expect hot and fresh food. Everything was old and had no flavor.

Bad service. The guy on the phone was rude, didn't even make it to placing my order. Plenty of other Chinese restaurants in Richmond.
