WORST custy service ever,the woman accused me of being a drug addict,wouldnt let me finish talking or take the time to even hear what i said.dont go to this place if you are suffering they will make it worse.

The reception staff are very rude and always seem to be in a rush when trying to help a client. Rather on the phone or in person staff members need help in customer service skills.

I've been to this location twice - first for a new patient appointment/cleaning and then for a filling. Both times I found the staff very friendly. It isn't the prettiest of offices, but they take my insurance and the doctor is really kind. He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. When he began drilling, I was in a little bit of pain because my teeth are very sensitive. Both he and the dental assistant asked if I was in pain, stopped, and insisted on numbing me further until I was 100% comfortable. They were truly concerned about my experience, and were friendly and patient while the Novocain did its job. Overall I was perfectly satisfied and don't have any complaints.
