Got here at 11:15 to beat the lunch rush. One teller working, over 8 ppl in line (up to 13) at any given time. No one stepped in to assist. I really think management and loan officers, who weren't/aren't busy, should step in and help. Still waiting 15 minutes later, which means drastically reduced/no lunch hour for me.
