Long wait in lobby. Not just the first time, but every time to date. Drive thru is faster. Always short handed and inside facility is always in disarray. Always food on the floor. I even witnessed an employee scrape food off the bottom of their shoe. 🍟

They never get the condiments on the whole bun! My meat was dry and they stacked the tomatoes instead of side by side! Other than that it tasted great!! They are among my favorite

The service was very poor this is the second time I watch them play with their face so their jewellery and then handle my food with bare hands so I denied the food and ask for new food the manager was apologetic and sorry for it and gave me fresh food she was actually quite upset that the employees were doing it. But somebody needs to Monitor and better and somebody was mixing and making drinks up on the front counter where the public had access to it

Just what you would expect from a Jack and the Box. Not the best food in the world but it's what I crave sometimes, especially the tacos. I got three tacos and some onion rings. The service was very fast and efficient. Nothing more to want from a fast food restaurant.
