Tried to call in an order for dinner today at 5:25 pm until 5:50. The phone rang busy the entire time. A family member was inside the sandwich shop telling the workers that their business phone was still ringing busy. I called again the phone continues to ring 9 times...no one anwers.They ignore the family member standing in line there to pick up the order that couldn't be placed. A worker mysteriously appears from the rear of the restaurant saying they where on the phone.
Spend your money with a business that values you and definitely not Jersey Mikes at the intersection New Hope Rd and New Bern Ave.
