Really fun and unique Italian cafe in downtown. The servers were helpful and kind. The menu was small but had nice variety. Love that you can reserve a table online. I tried the risotto balls which are incredible, the seasonal soups, kale salads and meatball sub with gravy.

Duck meatballs were very good, with a cherry tart glaze that was incredible. The chicken parm was above average. Wes was a top notch waiter.

A bit disappointing. I had the gnocchi which was in a very good sauce and the gnocchi were good, I am not that fond of them but wanted the sauce. The chicken parmesan however was not good. Chicken cooked too much spaghetti not cooked enough.

We've been here twice now. The service and food were outstanding the first time. The second time they somehow found a way to impress us on a new level. This was the last day of restaurant week and we had made reservations for a different restaurant down the road. Our experience at this other spot was so bad we had to leave and decided to come to Gravy knowing we wouldn't go wrong. We sat down and gave our waitress a brief rundown of what happened at the last place. Our waitress (Cameron) was so understanding and immediately brought us hot appetizers. She was so attentive and made sure our night was even better than we had expected. Gravy has yet again shown us the best service and food in downtown raleigh combined. We have found a new favorite spot and will continue to recommend Gravy as a place to have quick and personable service along with delicious food!
