The service is bad only the staff is the most helpful but the doctor is really rude I was so surprised by how they treated people there I don’t not recommend this place at all

The office asked to change our appointment from 3:30 pm to 1:30 pm at 9 am on the morning of, which was fine. My grandma and I arrived at 1:15 pm and were not seen until 2:15 pm. We did not check out of the office until 3:20. After hours of being moved into different waiting rooms, the receptionist was unable to help us obtain the information we needed in order to pay. Then, the receptionist told us an overwhelmingly high amount, so we patiently waited for her to find someone to help. We were unable to pay, even though we signed an agreement to pay a certain amount that day. Instead of retrieving the form with the proper payment amount, we were told to call back on Monday which may push back my grandma's set surgery date.

I was referred here to help with an eye issue. After an extremely long wait time (over an hour) I got a generic handout and a prescription that my corporate insurance turned down. I went back for a followup appointment and after another hour+ wait time I got the same handout with a different prescription that also got turned down by my insurance. I then got a bill, as despite paying in the office insurance wasn't covering the visit enough. I'm not sure if they are pushing bad prescriptions for kickbacks or are simply incompetent, but I suggest avoiding them if possible

Long wait times without apology, made me reschedule for prescription for my glasses without telling me that they'd charge another $50 and without telling me that they don't accept vision plans. When I came back, I was informed and I live an hour away.
The doctors think their time is immeasurably more important than their patients', especially when the weather is nice and golf takes a little longer over lunch.

Our grandson has a weakness in his right eye, and Dr. Jordan in both of our visits has taken great care in explaining what to do and how to strengthen his sight. He explained that if we used a patch over his good eye it may strengthen his weak eye - which it did! We did exactly what he recommended (use the patch every day for three hours for six weeks), and the results were amazing.
The practice is very caring, very professional, and Dr. Jordan is phenomenal with children.
It is important for the parents and caretakers to follow directions of the doctor to a T. Your results might not be as great as our experience, but they know what they are doing and nothing is better than to have done what you can to help a kid's eyesight.
