Had a colonoscopy done there over 2 months ago. Once we arrived at the office, they required a $350 deposit in case the insurance company didn't cover everything . After the prep for this procedure, did not want to take the time to call the insurance company to find out if this was needed. Find out through my insurance company that everything was covered and the office was paid. Called to find out about the getting reimbursed and low and behold, have a $330 dollar credit (minus the $20 co-pay). they never reimbursed me. Was transferred to the billing dept. twice and no one answered so I had to leave a message and they will call back WITHIN 48 hours. Meanwhile, this charge has sat on my credit card. They just lost 2 patients, myself and my wife. So if I had not pursued this, would they have ever reimbursed me. I'll follow up with how long it takes them to actually contact me back and how long befor I get reimbursed.

Great service and great doctors! Everyone was super friendly and helped ensure I was taken care of promptly without sacrificing quality of care.

More than $300 for the first visit? It's ridiculous! A doctor didn't make any test during my visit, I just got a referral for this price. First visit? I put a half of my information by myself via your tablet. Seriously, did you work hard then?
I was asking for an itemized bill, but no one gave me that. I just wanted to know why it's so expensive!

I have been a patient here for a long time and have never had anything but positive experiences. The office is very well run and I am always seen very close to my appointment time. The receptionists are friendly and efficient, nurse call-backs are fast, and I really like my doctor. Getting an appointment in a reasonable timeframe can also be expected.
