Saigon has been my go-to for Chinese food for years. The menu has a large variety of options. Bargain deal for large portions. I love the family-owned feel of the restaurant itself. Great for eating in or take out. The plus side of the eating in is the appetizer they give you. Convenient for take-out because it's usually ready in less than 15-20 minutes.

Food is pretty good and good bang for your buck. I usually get takeout and have only dined in a couple times. Didn't have a problem with service or anything.

I decided to try this restaurant because of the good reviews I read. So I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls. I was really disappointed. My chicken was really soggy, it looked more like orange chicken from the texture and color, how ever the taste was neither sweet and sour or orange chicken. The egg rolls were good and the rice 😂 but the sweet and sour sauce to dip the rolls in ( which actually looked like the sweet and sour sauce I was expecting to get over my chicken) tasted watered down and was very odd. Maybe I just had a bad plate or something but man... I'm really bewildered by all the reviews saying how good the food is.. mine stunk. Maybe in the future I'll give em another shot to see if it was a fluke, but maybe I'll just ditch this place all together because Panda Express has better Chinese than these guys.

I didn't even k is this place existed until a friend recommended it, but now it is a house staple. Delivery is fast and the food is always delicious. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, the beef is tender, not chewy, and everything is very flavorful. Best of all, it's affordable!

One of my favorite past times is finding unique hole in the wall restaurants that let their food do the advertising for them. Saigon Cafe not only didn't disappoint, it impressed.
Although the outside appearance can be a bit sketchy, once you get inside the smell of the food immediately puts you at ease. The dining area is spacious, and the tables are well spaced from each other.
The service was absolutely excellent. You can tell immediately that this is a family run business, and that they take great pride in pleasing their guests.
The food arrived almost instantly upon ordering, and was piping hot. Everything tasted fantastic. I got the Deluxe Skillet, and being the healthy eater that I am was pleasantly surprised once it arrived.
This place is also RIDICULOUSLY cheap for what you get. Everything pictured in my review came to a grand total of $24.95. I had to look over the ticket again to make sure I had read it correct.
Eating at Saigon feels more like going over a friend's house for a home cooked meal, rather than eating at a restaurant.
If you're in Provo, want excellent Asian Food at a fantastic price (Dine-In or Take-Out) this is the place to try. I don't get down to Provo a whole lot, but when I am, I will definitely be visiting Saigon Cafe each time I go.
