As this is a McDonald's there isn't too much to say. The food is on part with what you expect. However, this location is brand new and really clean. Seems like the management does a good job of adding some personal touches that make it a nice place to be. This location also has the electronic ordering kiosks if you're interested in that.

Completely new building. Newer management. They've made a lot of improvements. Service is faster than most, but could use a little work. Food is almost always hot and fresh. Pretty clean. Friendly and polite staff. Overall a good McDonald's.

I came in during rush hour, so the employees where stretched pretty thin to start with. The manager was out working while another employee was trying to teach an overwhelmed new hire what to do. The single cashier got cut on something and the manager stopped to take care of her. Considering everything that was going on, I can forgive a poorly slapped together burger. My only recommendation is to hire a few more people.
However, McDonald's, if you are listening, give that manager a raise. He showed a level of professionalism beyond your average fast food worker. He demostrated patience and tolerance with a new hire, kindness and dilligence to the cashier, and was still calm and polite to the customers who kept requesting new food since their food was a little shy of perfect.
Also, give him daycare. He needs somewhere to put his son besides the jungle gym. ;)

Go to the McDonald's on 1600 North instead. This is the worst McDonald's in the area. The nice building can't make up for the terrible service. 90% of the time their ice cream machine is "broken" after about 7:00. They never have this problem during the day. It must conveniently break for night shift every night.
Last time I went, my order of two value menu items and a hot fudge ice cream sundae took at least fifteen minutes. One employee came up and asked, "are you still waiting? You might want to go ask the counter about your order. Sometimes they skip orders. This is 'McDonald's' after all."
I went up to ask about my food and the lady told me they were out of hot fudge so they couldn't make my sundae, so I asked for caramel instead and she walked away. Three minutes later another girl came up and asked me what I was waiting for. I told her about my caramel sundae and she told me that the ice cream machine was broken. So I got an apple pie I didn't want instead.
Just go to another McDonald's.
