This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to in my life. My friend and I both got an acrylic fill, the lady who did mine took 45 minutes just to file them, when I left each of my nails were in a different direction. Both employees used the wrong attachment on the filing tool they use so both of our nails were hurting so badly. I had to file them when I got home. My cuticles were not cut at all, she got nail polish on my hand, their uv light shut off every minute you have to keep putting your hand back in to turn it on which caused me to smudge my nail and she claimed that I didn't and didn't fix it. My friend and I both have bubbles and scratches in our nails. When I called them on the phone they told me that the price was $27 but when we got there it was $30. The color my friend first choose they walked around in circles not even near the polish 'looking for it' came back and said they didn't have it so she had to choose a new one.

I made an appointment for a pedicure at 2pm and waited about twenty minutes. I asked for an eta at 2:20, as I had somewhere to be at 3pm. They assured me they would start in ten minutes. They put me in a pedicure chair and I ended up waiting and waiting and waiting, kept being told ten more minutes, ten more minutes. Finally at 3:10 I asked how long and they told me ten minutes. At that point I had to leave. I'm usually a pretty easy going person but I couldn't sit there any longer. I will never go back there again. Wish they would have been honest with me instead of leading me on for an hour.

Always willing to take walk-in as well as app's clients. They now use bags in side their pedi tubs as an added precaution. I always say to people if your concern about sanition to bring your own nail polish as well. Trust me we live in a germ infested world and it's not going to change. So if your afraid stay at home and live like a hermit. Perfect Nails has stepped up to their responsibilities as a business. And this is why I give them 4 stars 😘

I absolutely loved this place. Staff were friendly and very clean.... they do much more than just nails and the guy I had was so amazing he was very patient and calm with my nails and his name is Joseph.... if u go there ask for him he's the only one that does the gel thin and not make it look like u have blocks as nails he will make u happy and a returning customer and so far they lasted me for over a month! Thanks Joseph u for sure know what ur doing :)

The technician that did my pedicure was sloppy. He got water and leg/foot scrub all over my clothes. He also didn't use any lotion or oils or massage my legs or feet. When I brought it up, he argued with me about the way he does a pedicure and everyone does it differently. How can that not be standard for a pedicure in any nail salon? He hastily slapped some lotion on my legs, didn't rub it in and then wiped it all off with a towel as he spoke in a different language to the other technichians. When I confirmed with the people around me that they were getting a basic pedicure (who were receiving massages with lotion/oils) the other technicians all chatted amongst themselves and laughed at me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never come here again.
