Ridiculously horrible service...every time. Seriously!!! We gave them 3 tries, each time they cashiers give us a hard time. Delivery is quoted at one time and doesn't show up until an hour past then. Do not recommend them and they should have been shut down a long time ago. Straight garbage. A competitor needs to open up and put these guys put of business for good.

three things,. 1. best.wings ever!!! from mild to very hot. moist not dry like other wings franchises. 2. negative is poor available. 3. eat in is not really good.. just some tables. it is a take out primarily restaurant. that is ok because the wings are soooo good

Ordered a f-16 and a small fry at 8:30. I’m in East Providence and wanted to try something new.
The timing was a bit long but they were honest it was an hour.
The problem came when he delivery person showed and did not have the small fry. Not his fault he was cool.
I called and was told to look for the missing order of fries as if I had lost them.
The worst part is the wings we got were subpar at best as they were soggy and lukewarm. I don’t think this was an experience that is common. I do think it was a lone instance of some unhappy workers. But it did happen and needs to be notated.

Still enjoyable place for late evening snack of wings. Sometimes a little busy. Best to call order ahead. Every time we have been, we found the staff to be courteous, the food order correct and well cooked. No complaints....
