Always use drive thru grandchildren eat their food. Chicken tenders with Signature sauce which they fail to give us or if I ask for extea sauce I don't get it so I couldn't give them a 5.

Visited last night and was asked to donate to some charity and I did and was supposed to receive coupons for frostys
Got home no coupons rip off !!!

Love the new format of Wendy's. Clean, modern building with a variety of seating options. Also one of the largest selections if beverages at a quick service location that I have seen with the new touchscreen soda machines.

Poor service and the staff is sometimes rude! The fast food line takes forever just to get an order in And inside the restaurant is not always cleaned up!!! I'm not a happy customer will not be going back there

Got two of the 4 for 4 deal, one order was fine. The other was a Jr baconator with just cheese ketchup and bacon, and for the sauce on this order I asked for sweet n sour (the 1st order was honey mustard) and received honey mustard. My sandwich had all the toppings on it that I asked for it not to have and didnt even have ketchup.
