They always seem to mess something up with my order, or give me someone else's, or forget my drink, and the person at the drive through is NEVER friendly, not even fake customer service polite. I went at 4am (two other cars in the drive-thru) and it took - no exaggeration - 20 MINUTES to get a breakfast sandwich. This after being told they weren't serving the regular menu after 4am on Sundays, she just hadn't changed the menu board yet. Understaffed, I get it, it's not their fault, but I could have literally driven home, made myself breakfast, and driven back in less time than it took them to what, microwave an egg? That's not fast food.
On the plus side, though, I've never gotten bad or cold food from here, and any time I've had to bring something back the manager and staff were quick and courteous about fixing the issue. Not exactly friendly, but efficient.
I'd definitely go elsewhere if anything was open in the area during 3rd shift, but I have to settle for hot fries and poor service late-night.
