Worse experience I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts....at the drive thru for 25 minutes...watching orders being passed back back and forth due to them being wrong...finally make it to the window only to receive a wrong order myself. Totally unorganized, slow and rude to make matters worse.

Love stopping by here for their iced coffee with a shot of Caramel and 1 cream...so refreshing. The staff is very attentive and never mess up the drive thru orders. Would definitely recommend this DD!

Its a hit or miss dunkin all depends on how the old ladys day is going sometimes great service sometimes terrible service 24hrs is a plus though

I have never had a bad experience in that location until today. I ordered an iced vanilla chai and practically got a cup of milk. I also ordered a medium hot latte with whole milk and sugar, I got half a cup of latte and to top it off it had zero sugar in it. How disappointing!

Horrible place. So rude and careless. The old ladies that work there are such bioches!! They don't care about customers at all. Really bad service!!!! They should find another job if they don't like that one. NEVER GO THERE!
