I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth out. The doctor was extremely helpful and gave me all the options to calm my nerves during the consultation. I opted for the general anesthia route. It was so easy! The IV insertion was painless and before I knew it, I was done. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those nervous about dental procedures. Dr. Bakios and his entire staff are great!

I have had several dentist and oral surgeons through out the years. So I am not relating my experience to just one but several. After showing up 15 min early to fill out paperwork I was left in waiting room to wait for 55 min past my scheduled appointment time. Then I was given first round of local atheistic then 5 min later another dose. I was left in the dental chair for now another 1 he and 15 min now over 2 hrs past my orfinal appointment Dr Bakios comes back in asked how I'm doing gives me another dose of anesthetic. Extracts my wisdom tooth and stitches me up 8 min process. Having had other wisdom teeth removed I was aware of the discomfort it would be. The pain caused to my cheek and side of mouth was not expected. The professionalism not given or shown was surprising I was referred to him by my dentist a large local group I am surprised and will let them know of my experience. Patients time is valuable as well. Drs need to know this and respect this. As consumers we need to stand up and let it be known or it will never get better. If asked I will not recommend Dr Bakios to anyone. Sorry Dr but my time us just as valuable as tours. 3 hrs for a half he procedure.

This is a great office with lots of care and quality dental work. I am nervous about dentists and this experience was calming and they did a great job! I highly recomend Dr. Bakios and staff!

Worst healthcare experience of my life. Avoid at ALL costs. Office staff was miserable and rude, and Bakios was awful. I waited for over 45 minutes, saw Bakios for 5 minutes, and just received a $65 bill yesterday!! I have other health ailments, so I've seen a lot of doctors and been through a lot of healthcare facilities, this was by far the worst.

I had an easy upper wisdom tooth extraction there once, it was an easy extraction so I don't have any complaints there. The waiting room was full though, and the wait time was not short at all.
