For a quick bite to eat stop by an enjoy some cheap tacos or a burger. Their drink machine has 100+ combos. The last time I went I even got some free food. Could be a little cleaner and it does seem to be a hangout for folks just looking for a dry place and cheap food, but all in all not bad.

Over 20 minuets and counting since ordering my food... finally get food and pop machine is completely empty. Get back to work to eat and find that they stole my money by giving me a burger with one patty and some lettuce when I ordered a #5. Don’t waist your time or money here. Maybe that owner on the wall should get out of his fancy suit and get behind the counter. Oh one other thing, the lobby was utterly disgusting.

The service was slower than a slug race. However the guy at the counter was nice. He just seemed overwhelmed. There was a huge void in management, the crew kinda just ran around each other like a Chinese fire drill. The shake I got was delicious👍
I'm willing to try this location again, so we'll have to wait and 👀......?.......?

Tacos were over spiced, over salted, had grease soaked completely through the shell, and were not fresh at all.
The workers were doing a lot of goofing around, and showed itself in many facets...too much to type here.

This place is okay I suppose. I've only gotten sick from eating there once over several occasions. But they almost always mess up your order, especially if you are ordering for more than 2-3 people. But the worst part is when you call them on their mistake the staff gets standoffish and will literally call you a liar.

The last time they messed up our order, we didn't notice until we were home. So I called to see if I could get some sort of correction/reimbursement /etc. I spoke to an employee who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager literally said that he personally checked my order and it was accurate. I told him this had happened repeatedly. He refused to compensate me or even acknowledge their mistake, and eventually I just hung up when I knew the conversation was going nowhere.

So get this.... about a minute later a staff member, not the manager, calls my phone and says that I'm rude for complaining, and accused me of lying to try to get free food.

After that I emailed jack in the box corporate office and reported what had happened. I never got a response. Instead about 3 weeks later jack in the box sends me an email asking how my customer service experience went. Obviously I completed the survey and rated them poorly, but never have I gotten a response about my complaints, other than an employee calling me back to complain about me in return.

So I've been boycotting jib since. They are convenient sometimes, but I don't like to give my $ to a$$holes..
