Good company. Should wish I wouldn't of gotten stiffed out of a permanent crown because incompetent women didn't understand bipolar depression moodswings. Because they got cold feet and halted because didn't want to take from their own funds. Since federal funding stopped. Though they are great are working alternate solutions. I'm satisfied.

If I could give no stars I would. They hiked my rate 100% with the advent of the health care law without giving any notice at all. I got the plan through the marketplace in Oregon and they are refusing to send me my 1095-a form I need to file my taxes. None of their Doctors in their network will accept you as a patient without you paying huge out of pocket expenses for a full workup including lab work with a high deductible. Their customer service absolutely is horrible. When I contacted them for my tax papaers they informed me that their legal team had informed them they are not required to send the forms. So you end up either filing without it delaying your refund immensely or deny having insurance which means a tax penalty you do NOT deserve.

I don't get it. The PEBB "ODS Traditional" plan is $81.27 per month or $975.24 per year, plus a $50 annual deductible for an individual, thus $1,025.24 per year with a maximum coverage per person/year of $1,750.00, resulting in net maximum benefits of $725 per year. Why not just put the $725 or $60.42 per month in a bank account and draw from it as needed?
This numbers are similar to other dental plans, so what is the real benefit of such limited "insurance?"

The worst company to work for. Get the job at any cost, including the health of their employees (such a denying FLMA or not doing as the dr ordered).

Quite simply the best health plan in the Pacific Northwest. With a regional approach centered on Oregon, Alaska, and Washington, this company has delivered me the best customer service and health plan I could hope for.
