I work at a company that had a Cafeteria 125 plan with Admin NW. Their website says "Exceptional Customer Service to All Participants" but I received anything but Exception Service. They would take months to deposit funds into my account, including one claim that I have yet to receive when I sent in the claim in October 8, 2014 (and now it is January 28th). They are stewards of other people's money, but they are not being good stewards. They have yet to answer the phone when I call, they don't return messages that I leave, they haven't answered emails that I sent. Basically, this is the worst customer service experience that I have ever had, and they still have hundreds of dollars of mine that they will not let me know when I will receive it. Beware of working with this company. I am contemplating small claims court to try and get my money...
