Vocelli was definently one of my favorites till I recieved a late delivery. Well past my bed time but more importantly... my daughters. We tipped normal and stayed curtious. Pizza wasn't fully cooked. Upset I called in for a to complain and the guy was nice. He said "it must had been an accident, I'm sorry, bring in the pizza for a refund".
I take the pizza there and the owner is throwing pizzas across the counter and getting smart with me. Now I'm not one for violence but I know I'll assault anybody disrespecting me in front of my daughter... please let this happen again Vocelli. I beg of you.
Besides that the pizza is usually ok and delivered in a timely fashion.

Pizza was good, breadsticks were burnt beyond redemption. Staff was pleasant.

It's our favorite neighborhood pizza place . Delivery is efficient, pick up orders always go well.

Worst pizza place ever! Asked for splitting a large pizza they told me I can just order one flavor for one pizza?! Then I asked for thuna pizza -not available- then for four cheese pizza -not available- then for chicken brokkoli -not available- plus the employe was very rude, asked me in the end to please order somewhere else. What is that for service? I like the other vocelli locations tho.

We order here often, the thin crust is really good. But the last several times the wait has been 2 plus hours, and the order was wrong.
Just tonight we ordered at 9:30. Now just after 11 we call and apparently our pizza just came out and won't be here for another hour to an hour and a half.
The last 4 times it has been a 2 plus hour wait, the order has been wrong, and the pizza has been cold. The people don't care if they take forever, or deliver the wrong food, or that it's freaking cold.
Never ordering here again.
