Kind and efficient staff. Did not wait long for food, even though it was normal dinner hour. Burgers excellent. Fries very dry and tasteless. Would recommend those be substituted. They do that with no problem. Had shakes earlier. They were really good. Would definitely refer any one to this place. It was my first time going there and I was very happy.

Waited over a half an hour stuck in line (literally could not get out of it because the curb and other cars trap you), then they didn't even have the items we wanted. Would not recommend.

This place has the absolute worst service of any restaurant that I've visited in my entire life. No matter what time of day, no matter what day of the week, going through the drive through will always be a 15-20 minute ordeal, one hundred percent of the time. I've heard some drivers screaming at the top of their lungs at the window-cashier and other drivers honking furiously and speeding off, exiting the line early. The person taking orders always opens with "Sorry about the wait." Additionally, every time I've visited, I've heard employees arguing loudly with one another. And they never get the order exactly right. This place is amazing only in how consistently they deliver exceptionally bad service.

This place can be hit and miss. When the more mature staff is on its smooth. The younger ones have no work ethic

Cons:
- Waited for a total of 27 minutes in the drive through to get a milkshake! There were only two cars in front of me.
- The styrofoam cup in which my milkshake was delivered was greasy. It almost slipped out of my hand when the window person gave it to me.
- The milkshake was about an inch shy from the top of the cup. Fill my cup, please!

- My milkshake, chocolate peanut butter, was delicious. It was thick, which is a must for me with milkshakes, creamy, and had a well-balanced flavor. The chocolate and peanut butter were evenly matched which is much harder to do than one would think.
- Polite service. I know others have repeatedly stated otherwise, but I did not have any issues here with service other than time.
