If I could give less than a one I absolutely would. I walked in with my family and baby and sat down. The restaraunt was freezing. We did not even get glanced at for 15 minutes but two tablesthat walked in after us got drinks and their order taken. Then when they finally figured out we were still there they sent someone over who was complaining he had too many tables. Another server told him to put in the other order first and I said we hadn't even been greeted. She gave me attitude instead of apologizing and that's when we left. Absolutely awful customer service. Wait in the line for Pamela's!

The food was average diner fare, not great, but not terrible. The service however, is about the worst I've ever received in all my years of dining out. I wasn't asked about having so much as a cup of coffee for 20 minutes, and there were only 4 tables (2 persons per) seated when I came in. Upon finally having my order taken and being served, I was only once asked if I needed a refill on my coffee... 2 minutes after receiving my first cup. So no, I didn't right that minute, but maybe halfway through my meal a glass of water to replace my empty OJ and a freshen up on my coffee would have been nice, I guess I should give her credit for at least asking once, but the timing makes it about the equivalent of not bothering at all...
Bottom line is I won't be coming back. Average diner fare is easy to come by, and should include better service with jt

Drop what you're doing and run to Millvale Dinner for the pineapple pancakes. Never had better pancakes in my life! The omelets and homefries are also the best ever. Everyone in our party agreed! Millvale Dinner offers huge portions, fast service, and the most flavorful and delicious dishes in Pittsburgh! We're coming back every Sunday! Wow!!
