Small location, so it can be crowded. Their menu changes often, but they always have an array of appetizers, a burger, a salad, and a few other items. Their drinks are always changing too. Specialty cocktails, wines, and beers.

Great for happy hour during the week. Love the drink specials, especially the carafe of house wine for $10. Not great for larger groups, get here early to snag the table(s) in the back. They go quick. Fun people watching if you get a seat at the window.

Totally excellent. I've been here 5-6 times. The food is always great. The drinks are well made and tasty and.more importantly they're open until 12am. If you have a chance then come visit.

Amazing. The customer service is really good. I had two beers, both were great. I ordered a burger, it was probably the best burger I have ever ordered at a restaurant. I would highly recommend, this place to anyone who enjoys craft beer or well made cocktails.

Really good food, an interesting menu and attentive service in cozy surroundings. Because Butterjoint is a popular bar, it can be noisy at peak times and there can be a very long wait for a table or even a seat at the bar. You can use the "No Wait" App to get in line for a table before you even get to to restaurant, and seats at the bar are first-come, first-served. At less busy times, the atmosphere can feel quite intimate.
Butterjoint is the bar that adjoins Legume. It is open later than Legume and has a limited menu with affordable options (including small plates and larger entrees) and some dishes from the Legume menu. Using locally sourced ingredients, chef/owner Trevett Hooper focuses on providing patrons at both Butterjoint and Legume with a delicious and enjoyable "Farm to Table" dining experience.
