The main manager refuses to honor and uphold company policy. He refuses to honor their own online prices. He’s very rude about it.

I love shopping for my puppy here. But this time the cashier Michelle was very rude and argumentative. I have exact Cash for my purchase and she didn't give me the correct amount back. I pointed it out and she preferred to argue and said I did not. She had large amounts of money on her till on the till drawer and the counter. I asked her to count her till and pull the video. She said no. I asked for the manager and she kept arguing. The manager finally walked over. I explained and Michelle argues with the manager. Manager said Michelle give her the money. So I'm very disturbed that petsmart has this kind of employee. I'll take my business else where. I don't need to be accused or argued with from the cashier Michelle!

This store is not safe to shop at.The managers seem very lazy and uneducated when it comes to customer service skills.The cashier was sitting down and flirting with a male customer and refused to help me and the male customer threatened to take me outside and beat me up because I was trying to get the cashier to do her job.The managers refused to take any action against the male customer who threatened me.They wouldn't even call security.I had to demand they call security and still nothing was done about the male customer threatening me.Security told me there are many men in this area where this Petsmart is that beat up women because he's had to deal with them.This Petsmart isn't safe for shoppers.It was so unsafe trying to shop there that I didn't even get all the merchandise I came there for.Will never shop at this Petsmart again ever!

Had a good experience staff is friendly and helpful. Had an issue with an aquarium and Charlie was quick to make it right. Thank you persmart for making my fishkeeping hobby easy.
