Very disappointed. Staff extremely late to get me in and it's been two hours. Unacceptable. Over scheduled. Also unprofessional front office staff today.

I am not sure what has happened with Solis (location at 1313 E Osborn) but I had a mammogram on 12/12/2016 and have yet to receive a written confirmation of my results. When they sent me an email the next day, they were experiencing computer problems per their office and I was informed that a written copy would be mailed out the next day. Never received and three requests later, nothing has been received. My address is correct in their files and their customer service location in Addison keeps telling me it is or has been mailed. This is no way to run a practice or treat a patient who has been with you for nearly 20 years, especially when your email address is "we care...".

I love the employees at this office! I have been going here for over 20 years and they are great every time! Very short wait time and very professional.
