Karaoke Monday nights are unorganized. Waited two hours before getting the opportinity to perform (far from busy and packed with rotation of singers). I had to go ask the host of karaoke where I was placed in rotation. The host NEVER put me in rotation (even though I signed up on 1 of 2 notepads for two songs when I arrived there). I walked up to the host just to find out that he never brought up the other list he had present for karaoke sign-up. Worst Karaoke experience ever! Bar staff friendly and really efficient.

Not a bad dive bar. Drinks are pretty cheap and the staff is pretty friendly. Security seemed laid back. Went for the addiction event period was a little hard to see the movie but the music was fairly decent.

Worst place ever for hospitality. They are disgusting and force you to leave when they call last call. You can't use the restrooms or finish not even half of your drink before an older black guy takes it from you and will absolutely not let you use the restroom. They shout be shut down with their lack of hospitality and manners. I will continue to let everyone know to never waste their money there 😉

Noelle is the best bartender I've ever encountered. I honestly feel like the crowd that's generated during her shift is absolutely 100% due to her personality and ability to make everyone feel welcomed! I moved to Phoenix a month ago and Rips is the first dive bar I attended! I've been to bars, and nightclubs all over the Valley since moving here and Rip's is still my go to bar just based off the experience that Noelle provided for myself and the others at the bar! This is definitely the best locals hangout spot in Phoenix hands down!
