Had a great experience. Communication was always great heard a response immediately after emailing miss Graves. The staff was great and the venue was as well

They are rude and disrespectful. I emailed them to inquire about a date and she insisted that the day I wanted was wrong.( I said it was a Friday they insisted it was Monday) it wasn't I even googled it to make sure. They got mad that I corrected it. Idk even why I tried to give them another chance, I attended a brunch on Sunday and the bathrooms were filthy, and the buffet was mess. The air was filled with smoke and flumes from burnt grease. I ate eggs that i watched them make and that's it. My friend had an event there and she said it went great. But they just struck out with me.
Update: it turns out my inquiry form said august instead of April and the date was wrong and it was a misunderstanding. But the rudeness can not be excused, then i received and email saying my budget could be accommodated anyway...Smh real professional

First of all they're Liars I didn't get upset she was very rude she turned a misunderstanding into a very unprofessional unattractive business inquiry it wasn't a $450 wedding it was an anniversary party and we just wanted to rent the space and hey it could be me but I felt like she put the price up there to try to poke fun or embarrassed. Just like I previously stated very unprofessional

I was very pleased to have my wedding here! The chandeliers and the food sold me when we looked at the venue before making a decision. Kira was amazing. I felt like I've known her for years. She helped me with my budget and was so pleasant. She did more than just collect a check. She answered all of my questions and even listened to me when I was venting! She helped make my dream wedding come true! The decorations was amazing, the food was delicious and the serving staff was great! I will forever be grateful to the entire Graves Family!!!!!

Despite the service, the Sunday brunch menu was good. The food was delicious and had that home cooked flavor. The atmosphere however, could've been better. The staff must've thought they were home instead of at work. No one greeted me at the door to show me a table. The staff at the buffet kept leaving the serving station, and the waffle station was dirty. There was batter and omelet ingredients all over the table. The guest tables had white chart paper draped over the cloth. Tacky! "If you don't want your linen to get dirty then don't use it." if that wasn't enough, workers were engaged in personal conversations at the cash register and a member of the kitchen crew was sitting outside on the curb in the back of the restaurant. Get it together. Not a good look. Overall...The food was good but the service needs improvement.
