Was in a rush and quickly needed to grab breakfast before my train left. Asked for a ham and cheese (with no cheese, intolerant) on an English muffin with hash browns. Hash browns were so burnt the bitter aftertaste made them inedible and they gave me a sandwich with no cheese AND NO HAM. I'm already on the train and can't rectify the situation....

I'd prefer it if they didn't stare at you and call out to you while you're standing back from the counter while considering the menu options.

Quick service even during the morning rush hour. Being open 24 hrs makes it a great place to grab a midnight snack or drink.
