I shop there only with my grandchildren . I occasionly by the oatmeal from McDonald's it's delicious.

I ordered a hamburger happy meal onlu ketchup..get no ketchup and everything else. I ordered a sweet bbq signature sandwich with an artisan bun and got a sesame bun. I ordered sweet and sour for my fries and didn't get any. Wow..what a terrible experience!

Drive through, 4:30 PM. Waited 14 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers (that was the whole order) before I went in to check. They did not have them ready or any record of it without my copy of the receipt. They did not have the order ready for the guy behind me either who waited almost as long. Gave me free fries and coupon for free value meal, so the manager tried to compensate. Overall, the visit was unimpressive.

Just came through to get some late night food. Ordered a medium fry, got a small instead. Ordered a double cheese burger. Got a cheeseburger wrapped in a double cheese wrapper. Order was taken 100% correct. Just sad.

I want to personal thank ERWIN the manager at McDonald's on Knoxville in Peoria. He was the only one competent enough to watch the cameras and get in his hands and knees and dig my debit card out of the crack between the building and road when a worker dripped outside the drive through. Thank you so much Erwin. You deserve a raise.
