I normally love going here for their coffee. But I took my daughter and her friend for ice cream. I told my daughter to get a to go container so she could eat her cone. There was a paper wrapper in her waffle cone coming out with her Ice cream. They didn't offer any refund or a new cone.

Worst Dunkin location ever!!!! They're small coffee doesn't have a sleeve that fits and cup is not insulated. The sugar was at the bottom of the cup not even stirred in. The cup was not marked as decaf. When I went inside to ask if they had a smaller sleeve everyone just looked at me and ACTED like they dont know how to speak English. Will NEVER spend my money at this location again. THE WORST!!!

The drinks never taste the same. One day my iced tea is bitter and dark, another day it's sweet and a little bit lighter and perfect. Same for the iced coffees at this location.

I really like this location. They are always friendly and get my order right every time. The facility is very clean and has an area to sit inside. The service is fast and is conveniently located and easily accessible from the freeway.

Need better leadership. I can't believe somebody hired these people if you are going to hire unqualified people at least train them. Needs diversity. The employees there don't want to work. They seem really confused about their position. I just want great customer service and great food they have bad attitudes and very lazy.
