Horrible service. When I went there it was dead, which makes a lot more sense now. The employees had food out, eating, on their phones and they Did not greet me. Their work place was disorganized; place looked dirty. Then when the man did my nails he was rushing through his work. Some of my nails are crooked and they are not all the same size. Not to mention they were also not filled nicely. I asked for oval nails, some are pointy in some areas. He had more then enough time to fix those mistakes by choose not to. I won't ever be coming here again.

This is the worst nail salon in all of Florida . I wish they had a negative star ability. They messed up my sisters eyebrows beyond repair and refuse to accept responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RUIN ANYTHING

Horrible service. It's like they expect you to suck up to them and be extremely nice to THEM. The lady (I think her name eas Dieudi or something like that) my nails was nice at first but then she messed up on the rhinestones and amudged my nails polish. At first, I politely explained the problem but then, because she didn't want to have to do it over, she got upset with ME and told me thag someone else can do my nails if I don't like she does it. I was in shock. You mean to tell mr that I'm supposed pay you money and walk out of here with a chunk of my nail polish missing? Unbelievable. So, I just gave up on being nice to her and I hadto raise my voice just for her to fix it. I told hwr these words, "You don't do a crappy job and expect for me to pay you. That's not how this works. And you don't get upset eith your customers because YOU messed up! You fix the problem that YOU created!" Then she tried to act nice again expecting a tip. Psh! Never!!! They think they can treat you any kind of way, talk about you in their language, and you're supposed to sit there like everything is cool. And then they act like they can't speak or understand Engljsh. These places will surely get shut down. Bad customer service doesn't keep your business afloat.

Was going here for a while because it's convenient, but always had 3 nails pop off before two weeks was up.. realized it's because they put oil on your nails before acrylic to purposely make nails come off and get you back in sooner and spend more money. Will be finding another nail salon.
