Majority of delivery orders are wrong. Why I am paying for something I dont receive? Sick of it. Never ordering from this location again. Manager should be fired for not training drivers to check their orders prior leaving.

After our pizza didn't show up for 50 minutes I called to see what was going on. The person on the phone couldn't find the order for about 5 minutes and when he finally found it we ended up speaking to the manager. Manager claimed that the delivery person knocked on our door (which I'm sitting 5' away from) and tried to call with no answer. At this point during the call about 55 minutes after ordering the driver texted me "This is papa johns delivery driver." and nothing else. Manager also claims to have called my voicemail and repeated what my voicemail message said but it wasn't even close, so clearly this was a lie. I received no missed calls and no texts except the text from the delivery driver while I was already on the phone trying to figure out what was going on. They said they could try to deliver it again. After i asked, hasn't the food been sitting in the car for at least a half hour at this point, to receive the response "yea probably." So they instead offered to remake the order, but it would take at least 40 minutes to deliver the 5 minute drive.

this was on 03/29/2015 Tuesday did through Web so that I get rewards so I used the web to order. According to Papa John’s you get points only through web -

Outstanding customer service by Ms. Allie- She is very young, quick, sharp and most helpful. . She did on March 25 2016 - in store order. I am yet to find the details of the receipt. We go all the way/travel long distance to go to this store -for the good service they do...
Please ensure as a true example of good service for Papa John’s Super service, quiet, humble, sincere, dedicated -wants to be always on the phone and helpful to customers in a smiling way.

1. Jeff (family kept saying -he comes voluntarily to help -very nice gentleman, smiling good hearted)-this was on 3/29/2016
2. Angel did a great job while I came to pick up on 3/25/2016 Friday evening dinner from the same store. Great manager
Allie helped out and I did inform Angel who is a nice manager-she is young as well. Very great team work. She wants to ensure everything was good... Good management skills.
