First time in a few years I been to IHOP. Service is good. Chocolate Chip pancakes are great. And they even give you huge cups to take your soda to go.

I love that donut shirt!!! There's a lady there who wears this donut shirt. Awesome! Food and service is great as well. They are so awesome.

They were extremely busy. They had all hands on deck. There was pancakes.. sausage..toast... rotating like flying saucer. It was organized chaos at it's best! Hungry people with no power at home and staff who I'm sure faced the same in some of their homes. They were amazing and did an outstanding job!

I didn't even eat here. I came in during a busy time to study and eat. I didn't mind waiting, however there were several tables open and waiting to be cleaned, and several employees just walking around. While waiting, I went to use the restroom. Disgusting! I was reluctant to wait at this point. Restrooms show the cleanliness of a restaurant as a whole. A few moments later and the hostess starts talking to another guest and apologizing for the restroom. Not only did she apologize, but said it is always like that and people do not wash their hands, INCLUDING THE EMPLOYEES! Yuck! Not saying this doesn't happen but for her to admit this in front of a lobby full of people. Absolutely not. I walked right out and will NEVER be back!

Well, it didn't start out good at all when one of the waitresses sat a couple that had arrived after we did before us. She wouldn't even acknowledge we were there. We finally got seated and the only good part of our visit we the very kind and attentive server Casey. She took care of us the best that she could. It wasn't her fault that my husband's order was ice cold while mine was steaming hot. Both were ordered and served at the same time. If his had been cooked first, it should have been served while still hot, not left to sit while my order was cooked. His eggs and bacon were both under cooked so that didn't help either. Needless to say, we won't be spending our money at that IHOP ever again.
