Very bad customer service especially from Edwin Peña account representative, He does not know how to treat the client, he had a very bad attitude with me due a rude and the worst thing is that I was right of the situation and he did not even apologize to the bad attitude, that is why my family and I decided to change agent I do not recommend at all Jim Ackerman Agent for any insurance

Disorganized. One word sums up the experience my husband and I have had with this office. I will not say names on this public forum, but I have to say I am very unhappy with the way the staff at this office handled my insurance. From the start, I emailed my uninsured motorist selections for two full coverage policies and I had to email them twice because they stated they never received it. It was irritating to continue to receive the threatening emails about a policy increase if they did not have the documentation I had already sent them. Also, I submitted a recurring monthly payments form to have the monthly premium withdrawn from my account and although two payments were taken out successfully, I received a letter in the mail stating that my policy would be canceled because they didn't receive a payment. That makes no sense. My husband quickly called their office and received nothing but apologies for their mistakes, but no explanation as to why this occured. I have had other State Farm agents in the past and never once have I had a similar experience. The staff is very pleasant to speak to, but very unorganized.
