I'm giving a 1 star- for the phone service just horrible. they never pick up the phone and its frustrating when you just have a question and you can never reach a soul in that facility.

Good deal. Best around. Sucks that you will never speak to someone on the phone. Phone number on google will ring and ring. Just walk in. Front desk girl is always sweet.

I've spoken with Natalie, Diana, Yamairy, and each one was really helpful. At times my call will drop and one of them would call moments later. They made everything real smooth and easy. Customer service was great for me thanks to each of you.

Ummm, worst insurance company ever!! There is no such thing as customer service at all! I called to add a car into an existing policy, and they wasn't helpful at all. First, a lady was helping us, but we gave the wrong WIN number, after that, we called someone else pick up (Clueless of what she's doing) telling us the vehicle is to old to get insurance!! Are you kidding me! And they hanged up the phone on my dad when they couldn't understand what he was saying (because he's English is limited) , and I was by his side ready to speak for him, but they hanged up before even given me a chance. I will not renew my other car insurance with them! I will put it with my new insurance. This company doesn't have any customer service at all! They're very rude!
