Elite Analysis provided us with a very thorough inspection and professional reports of our new home. Rusty was very personable and we greatly appreciate his expertise during the inspection. He was completely amenable to having me join him for the inspection which was a great benefit in giving personal reference to pertinent points of the inspection findings. Thank you for the education Rusty! We will certainly refer family and friends to Rusty Parsons and Elite Analysis.

Used Rusty twice and he did amazing job. He took the time to answer questions on the report. Loved the detailed reports with pictures. I would continue to recommend his company for all future inspections.

Rusty talks a good talk before you give him the job, once you do, its a different story. Beware of all he tells you he is going to do. I never heard from him after i give him the job, except a few text looking for payment before he provides the report, which was a basic/generic report. Nothing special, nothing more than i already know. I had a homeowner friend go back out there and he was able to give me a more comprehensive analysis is the house, imagine that. And i paid this guy $350....for what? a few pages in an email. I would never use him again.

Rusty and the guys at elite analysis are amazing! They are extremely thorough. They are very well priced. They are flexible and accommodating. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to my clients!
